Jamco named new JLG distributor in Florida

Jamco, North Orlando, Fla., has been appointed to be an authorized dealer for JLG Industries, an Oshkosh Corp. company, for Central and North Florida.
Jamco has been in the material handling industry since 1986 and has expanded its product range over the years, adding new products and expanding the company’s global market presence to meet customers’ growing demands.

“It’s a nice complementary line for our direct consumer sales and rental side of Jamco,” said Tim Jamal, vice president. “Our customers are always searching for aerial equipment and they want to know that there will be service after the sale from a company that cares for their needs.”

Jamal added that aerial equipment tends to be more complementary to the warehouse, lift trucks, material handling side of the industry and the larger telehandler items fall more under the construction segment. “The JLG line will expand our customer base as well as give our current customers more solutions to their material handling needs,” he said.
